Hand Measured for Accuracy
I use a laser measure to ensure every floor plan I produce is as accurate and reliable as possible. Unlike LiDAR-based apps - which have become popular but can produce inconsistent results - I hand-draw every plan on-site using precise laser measurements. This means every detail is captured to scale, reducing the risk of error and giving you a floor plan that clients and buyers can genuinely trust.

Measurements displayed in both sqm & sq ft
I include both square metres (sqm) and square feet (sq ft) on all my floor plans to ensure clarity for every viewer. Whilst native UK audiences are very used to feet and inches, not everyone is - especially international buyers or younger audiences more accustomed to metric measurements. By displaying both units, I make it easy for all potential buyers to understand the size and scale of a property at a glance.

Compass Bearing
I display compass bearings on all my floor plans to show a property's orientation, helping buyers understand natural light direction throughout the day. This is especially useful for assessing sunlight in key spaces like gardens, living rooms, and kitchens — providing valuable insight that can genuinely influence a buyer's interest and decision-making.
