At BC Photography we take your privacy very seriously and always treat your personal details with utmost care. We promise to keep your information safe & secure and never share this with other companies for marketing purposes.

BC Photography are committed to complying with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2018, which has replaced the Data Protection Act of 1998.

In our privacy policy we will explain how and why we collect information from you, where we store it, what we do with it, how long we store it, third parties we use and your rights under the new GDPR.

The Data We Collect and How We Use It

When you enquire and/or register with us, we will ask for your consent to opt in for us to take your full name, postal address, contact number and email address. This can be given to us either by telephone, website, email address or post. We will then register your details and store this information on our computer system.

We will never pass your details to third parties without your consent. We will contact you on a regular basis to check your details are still correct, up to date and check you are still consenting for BC Photography to keep your details registered.

Your Access to and Control Over Your Data

You can request a copy of any personal data that we hold and you can also request us to move, copy or transfer your personal data. This is supplied to you free of charge. We will respond to you within one month of your request.
