Medium Property (up to 2500 sq ft) - £150
Large properrty (up to 4000 sq ft) - £200

Properties over 4000 sq ft, or for multiple properties in the same location, please contact me to discuss a bespoke quote
As per our Tips for Agents Guide - we strongly advise only having one "main" photograph per room, this doesn't include any additional "art" or "lifestyle" shots, and our pricing structure reflects this ethos. If you wish to have more than one "main" photograph of each room, please contact us ahead of time to discuss your needs in more detail.
Photography & Floorplan appointments are typically 45 minutes in length for smaller properties, 1 hour for medium properties and 1 hour 30 minutes for large properties.
All prices include travel up to 20 miles from SG4 8RA. There may be a small mileage fee per mile outside of my usual radius.
